COVID-19 Updates

March 27, 2020

Dear Land Cruiser Heaven Customers,

I wanted to update you all on our current status and what it means to you as our customer. Gov. Larry Hogan of Maryland, has issued a stay at home order for the state of Maryland. Though we are considered an essential business, we will be impacted in some form. The Colombian authorities have dictated a mandatory quarantine for all of the Colombian population until April 27. How does this impact us? As you know all of our  body panels and leather kits are manufactured in Colombia, so any current orders pending or new orders from now on, will not be fulfilled until the end of the month. This Colombian Government order also impacts our Restoration facility in Cartagena. All Land Cruiser restorations are stopped until our personnel is allowed to return to work.

We are all going through some difficult times right now, our government is doing what it deems necessary to protect all of us. Here at Land Cruiser Heaven, we have been working hard to minimize the impact this pandemic has on our employees and our customers. We have limited foot traffic to our facility by reducing access down to appointment only. For all our service customers, we are working hard and diligently to move along our workload and the service team has done an amazing job doing this. Unfortunately, in some cases we rely on third parties to get work done and these have impeded us from moving forward as planned. We hope that once things start to normalize we will be able to get back on track. For the safety of our team and customers, we will continue to monitor all CDC guidelines and will enforce them as best as possible.

As a nation, we will overcome this time and we will regain all that is lost. Until then, stay safe and cherish those moments next to your loved ones during these hard unprecedented times.

Thanks for your continued support.

Sincerely,

Frank Diaz
